RF coaxial connectors have excellent practical performance

Time of issue:

Source:

1. electrical properties

A characteristic impedance: connector should match the transmission systems and the impedance of the cable, otherwise it will cause system performance degradation

B. withstanding voltage: connectors the maximum voltage value, the system uses the pressure requirements.

Generally speaking, if it's in wide-band applications, to sacrifice some favourable characteristics of broadband impedance matching to obtain needed high voltage rating.

C the highest efficiency

2. cable connection method and cable type.

A cable connection: connector power cable install method, there are two: a welding Center conductor, combing braided wire standard elastic method is still common, especially for no special installation tools and ease of maintenance. Two. Welding Center conductor crimped braid fastening method. Due to the high compression efficiency. Terminating reliable performance and consistency, has become common.

B cable types: cable should be used according to various characteristics (such as flexible cable, semi rigid cable, wrinkled conductors insulated cable, foam insulated cable) select the appropriate connectors, small outer diameter of cables and small connectors match.

3. the termination form

Connectors for radio frequency coaxial cables, printed circuit board, box drawer feature components and their connections interface.
